I was blessed to rent from Brad for 5 years. He is the most responsive property owner any renter could wish for. The condition in which he keeps his homes makes it easy to want to treat it as your own. The neighborhoods he has his rentals are in great areas. I rented one of Brads properties in Mission for two years. It was absolutely the best rental experience I have ever had, and Brad is the best landlord ever. Brad rented us one of his Roeland Park homes for three years. It started as
a two-year lease, and then Brad was kind enough to extend it for an
additional year after we decided we weren't ready to leave. We loved that
house. The entire time we lived there, Brad was communicative and made

since he can do so much of the home improvement work himself, dealing with
