breed. $300 fully refundable pet deposit. Must have good
references.

Requirements to Rent: All applicants who are over 18
who will reside in the home will be screened. Credit, rental and
criminal records are all researched. Past Credit Problems or bankruptcy
is usually not a problem
provided positive credit has been established.

Cost: Every applicant will be charged a $30 fee to
have the application processed. Please note we have applicants make
their checks directly to the screening company. We don't make any
