who will reside in the home will be screened. Credit, rental and
criminal records are all researched. Past Credit Problems or bankruptcy
is usually not a problem
provided positive credit has been established.

Cost: Every applicant will be charged a $30 fee to
have the application processed. Please note we have applicants make
their checks directly to the screening company. We don't make any
money off the app fee! |
