Requirements to Rent: All applicants who are over 18 who will reside in the home will be screened. Credit, rental and criminal records are all researched. A credit score of 700 or above is required. Applicants need proof of income three times the rent amount in gross monthly income.

Cost: Every applicant will need to apply directly through Zillow. Payment for the application is made directly to them. We don't charge anything for an applicant to apply.
