Prefer no pets, however one micro pet 15 lbs or less will be considered. Your pet must be calm, crated when left alone, be a non aggressive breed and have excellent references. An additional $300 fully refundable pet deposit is required.

Requirements to Rent: All applicants who are over 18 who will reside in the home will be screened. Credit, rental and criminal records are all researched. A credit score of 700 or above is required. Applicants need proof of income three times the rent amount in gross monthly income.

Cost: Every applicant will need to apply directly through Zillow. Payment for the application is made directly to them. We don't charge anything for an applicant to apply.

Our rent pricings: Hopefully you will agree our prices for rent and deposits is less than the competition. This is intentional and done for a very simple reason. We don't have or want vacant houses.
