Rental Policy:
  • Prefer no pets, however one micro pet 15 lbs or less will be considered. Your pet must be calm, crated when left alone, be a non aggressive breed and have excellent references. An additional $300 fully refundable pet deposit is required.
  • Requirements to Rent: All applicants who are over 18 who will reside in the home will be screened. Credit, rental and criminal records are all researched. A credit score of 700 or above is required. Applicants need proof of income three times the rent amount in gross monthly income.
  • Cost: Every applicant will need to apply directly through Zillow. Payment for the application is made directly to them. We don't charge anything for an applicant to apply.
  • Our rent pricings: Hopefully you will agree our prices for rent and deposits is less than the competition. This is intentional and done for a very simple reason. We don't have or want vacant houses. We offer the finest, cleanest homes in town with the lowest prices. Pretty smart, huh? Our tenants are happy because they get a great value and we don't have empty houses sitting around.
  • Duration of Lease: All rental contracts are for a minimum of one year.
